Spanish residency

Hi can anyone
Tell me where in Balsicas we can register on the padron to apply for Spanish residencia, we have nie numbers which we got when buying property

As Balsicas is in Torre Pacheco and I presume you pay ur IBI to them then you need to go to the Town there the sign on padron but residencia is at the police station in Cartagena . Miguel at Liberty Seguros in Los Alcazares will help with the process cor a small fee
