Look on your bill - it will give the name of the company and should have all the contact details you need

Thank you Peter , my water bills are paid by direct debit since I live in the uk, and cannot find any paper bills and sierra golf did not get any post regards Leslie.

All I will say is would you pay someone in the UK for a service and not know who they are?

Contact your bank and ask who they are paying?

I receive all my bills on line and the normally arrive at least 10days before the money is taken from the bank so if I did have a dispute I could stop payment.

We do all our banking with Cajamar on line, and every DD is flagged up by them, with the option to print out a pdf with all the details. I can monitor Endesa and Aquilia through their apps.
