Standing charges

Can someone tell me what are the standing charges are for the utilities that you may use in Spain , like electric and water .
Standing charge for electric depends on what power supply you have.
3.3 kw supply standing charge is about 10 euro per month.
5 kw supply is about double that.
Water / sewage / rubbish collection is around 45 euro per 2 weeks if you stay under the 11 cu m water allowance.
Different areas may charge different rates of course.
