Hi all. What’s the water like in Calasparra, is it suitable to drink?

It is perfect, no problems in drinking for  15 years. However, we always use filtered water in the kettle as there is a bit more Calcium in than UK water. Read nexo.nr online for an update on a new water deposit for Calasparra. Hope that answers your question.

During winter months we drink tap water  and use it for hot drinks. In the summer months we buy bottled water as reservoirs run low the water has a ‘taste’, particularly noticeable if you drink tea.
