Hi we are looking to buy on terra del sol , do people sell privately or through an agent , the only villas we find are with 4everspain and Kyero

Hi there

There are 2 estate agents in Calasparra that have houses listed on Valle del Sol (Tierra del Sol was renamed to this several years ago) and yes there are some people who do sell privately, normally through word of mouth via friends.

Hi we went through an agent to look at properties, but then when we went back the next day to have a look on our own , we was told as long as there is a for sale board up you can knock and arrange your own appointment which we did , we decided not to buy at that location as I like a bus route to all the towns instead of driving , our friend had a fabulous bungalow for sale who I’m sure if you asked would let you view .
