Anyone having connection issues with Compusurf from around 9.30pm this evening?

Sorry, the main backhaul fibre is down we have raised a support ticket with our supplier. Compusurf TV (not catch-up) will still work as this is on our intranet. We do not have an ETA yet for a fix

I actually give up watching Tv every night with my Compusurf, as soon as it gets to 8pm it stops and starts, freezing with the little circle going round and round. I was asked to message every time it happens which I did for 3 nights but nothing happened. I am considering changing to cable of some description

We are with telecable and get very few issues.

We only use their PAYG service. So annoying when you prepay for a week then cannot connect. You are asked to do a speed test... Hello.. cannot connect to do 1. Nightmare sometimes.
