Alot of people have been complaining about compusurf especially last week. A friend was not happy as couldn't watch the England game.

Try ringing telecable or emailing them.

I had no outages on Compusurf last week (we're on Sector A), not while I was active online that is.

I haven't watched any of the football, so did not become aware of any dropout. I did use major streaming services most evenings without any issues.

My 2 neighbours on A both had no internet all day.

Can't remember what day it was though.

This post that was quoted has been deleted.

I won't deal with people that I can't talk to.

It's a view that has served me well over the years.

For me it speaks of contempt for the customer.

We recently swapped to Telecable. Offices on A adjacent to the old Vista Bar. Entirely satisfied.

Fully agree, we now have great tv after changing from Compusurf, and with Phill in the port, we have  a great selection of programmes, had this now for over 2 years, no probs at all.

Been with compusurf for years now, we kept considering using another supplier as the internet kept dropping out kept buffering, but the last year or so it's been reliable and you only pay monthly for when you need it.

I have been with Compusurf for years as well & I have noticed the same thing.

Seems much more reliable this last year .

I have also looked at other wireless  suppliers & cable suppliers & decided that Compusurf is adequate for our needs.

The big advantage to Compusurf is that if you are a holiday home owner & just need a basic package you can just pay for one week at a time.

Yea exactly, we will stay put with them.
