Tap water

We have drunk the tap water when we have come for holidays, it does leave a slight taste in the drink but its not harmful.......friends who live on here say its fine to drink.

You can get water filters fitted, but you would need to ask about costs, speak to Dawn Lloyed who works in Mercers Estate agen't on B she might be able to help you with this one......hope this helps.

Water is safe to drink but you can have a drinking water filter fitted for around €80 google Healthy H2o.

It is worth getting the filter because there is so much calcium in the water.
