Is it me or are they generally providing a very poor and long installation service that’s taking weeks?

We used to use Teletec here in Isla Plana, they were very expensive but there was not much competition then as there is now. The service was fine though and installation was on time. Maybe they have over-committed and are not able to keep up with installations?
They supply us and we have found them to be good.
The uptime is the most important element for us and we haven't experienced any issues.

Thank you. I’m still waiting installation so cannot comment on performance at the moment
