Commercial pool cleaners and builders

How come commercial pool cleaners and some builders are getting away with visiting peoples homes continuing to work - just asking the question??????
Could be classed as essential work ??
A poorly maintained pool could be classed as a health risk ??

Exactly Roland. There are a lot of pools all over Camposol. A lot of their owners are stuck in other countries. If pools are not maintained they will attract mosquitoes and all sorts. A leaking pool could cause problems for neighbouring properties. Pool maintenance people work alone, so no worries.
