Can anyone help in advising what paperwork is required to have filled out and available for a trip to UK and back to Spain (only going for a week). Many thanks in advance.
Go to the .gov.uk website all the information is there for you to access.
You don't need anything other than your passport to enter the UK from Spain.
On return to Spain, you need to prove you are vaccinated (and boosted if applicable) and complete a passenger locator form.

Thank you for the information - much appreciated. This is for my husband - how does he get his jab certificate on-line - think he has sussed how to get the locator.

Was he vaccinated in uk or Spain? If Spain is he private or state healthcare. We went to cartegana last year to get ours then updated it online after the booster but you need the certificate number to do this.
If he has no cert and has a digital signature try the link below or go to medical centre if he is in Spain

You only need to complete a Spanish health form when returning to Spain. Absolutely no need for a Passenger Locator Form. I did this journey last week, so can confirm this is correct.

Its the same thing as they are asking you all details including where you are staying or living before you get a qr code
