Hi all can any one tell me how i apply for my covid certificate need to fly back to the uk soon

Are you on the state or private? I'm private and made an appointment and picked it up from Cartegena.
If state try the doctors on A or Salud in the port.

You can complete the form 3585 and send it to
Dirección General de Salud Pública y Adiciones.
Consejería de Salud,
Ronda de Levante, 11
30008 Murcia
Ours took a week from sending to receiving the certificate by email. Hope that is enough time for you. Otherwise you can go to your health centre and they may print it off for you. Best to make an appointment with the Murcia salud Cita Previa app or the portal de Paciente app.

My friend just went to the health centre/clinic in the Port, showed her medical card and asked for a certificate of vaccination. They then told her to go back in two day’s and gave her a time and it was ready for her to collect.
