Hi, we need to hire a car for 3 days( 2 nights,& one whole day in mid-April). Just want to view villas on Camposol, not going on any day trips,so a 4 seater saloon is fine. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

You can hire a car at the airport ..since you are only going for a few days pick a company that does full tank on pick up then you full the tank up when you take it back..try Do You Spain car hire they are a broker's that represent most of the car hire firms... warning don't pick Gold car or Intarent .

Has anyone had any experience of renting a car with Drivalia? Looking at them via Do you Spain. Thanks, Jacquie.

Yes we used them a couple of years ago at Alicante and they were fine. Full to full tank & took their comprehensive insurance. They are off airport site ( about 5 mins) but come & pick you up from the “ bus area “, ground floor & take you to their depot. Then the same after returning the car. They never asked for any “ damage deposit, didn’t even seem to check car over on return, apart from the fuel gage. Jaz

I use Do you Spain and normally go with okay car rentals. Just got a hire car end of March for 4 days €4.61 total. April same company for a week estate car €80, so pretty reasonable.

4 days for €4.61 and 1 week for €80. That doesn't seem right, Mick72.

The April week is Easter so peak time. Summer is different issue, currently 7 seater is £600 for 2 weeks.
