There is appalling driving in Camposol with people speeding , overtaking on the inside, and even when driving over the bridge going to the other side of the road.

What is the matter with these drivers or are they drunk!

A lot of drivers drive to avoid the pot holes and uneven surfaces, sometimes even on the bridge.

But you don't drive on the other side of the road just to avoid a pot hole.

And obviously in Spain other traffic rules apply than in other parts of Europe or the UK. Using turning signals seems to be optional on Camposol.

Apparently the Police were stopping and breathalysing on the B to C&D Bridge yesterday evening (2nd April) they need to do this more often to stop the culture of drink driving on Camposol.

No, they are not drunk, they are just British.

Because there are a number of potholes many drivers look to avoid them. Especially on the bridge coming back from B many people use the other side of the road, assuming it is clear and safe to do so

Of course you cannot rule out drink but to be fair if you see the quality of driving in the UK, or globally, there are always those who feel they have to reach their destination in the quickest possible time, regardless of rules or other traffic. Personally, i have always felt safe driving in Camposol and neighbouring areas

Well i for one will, when safe to do so, and after having to replace a tyre at 150euros when i hit a pot hole in the wet weather, i always will.

If you wish, feel free to drive over the multitude of raised manholes, through the numerous potholes, and over the glass and other spilt items by the bins.

I am british, i use my orange flashing lights, i drive on dual carriageways in the correct manner, go around islands the right way in the right lane, and NEVER drive when i have had a drink.
