UK or Spanish Address on a UK Driving license?
If it is a Spanish Address and you get stopped by the Police in the UK they would be within their rights to insist on an UK Address, as a Spanish address may be deemed as not suitable for the service of a summons.
For goodness sake take that photo of your licence down quickly !!
