My belief is that as a non resident of Spain or Europe you can only spend 90 days at a time then 90 days back in UK then you can spend another 90 days in Spain or Europe - meaning its a 90 here, 90 UK, 90 here, 90 UK. What is your take on this?

You can spend 90 days in one go or it’s 90 days out of 180 days, download the Schengen Calculator App, it’s probably best if you Google “The 90/180 day rule” it’s not easy to explain.

It’s actually not that simple. It’s 90 days from a ‘rolling’ 180 days. You have to count backwards from when you are due to return to Brexit Island. Any doubt, use the calculator.
