I have heard that after brexit, non EU member nationals will be subject to paying an annual tax of 24 % of the value of your property? Anything coming through of that on your side. Thanks, Grant.

If someone tells you this or that is going to happen then they know more than anyone in government, of the UK or the EU.

Some folk just like opening their mouth, sadly with no brain attached.

Think about it, if you own a €200K house the tax would be €48K. Yeah right, mass exodus would follow.

And as nothing has been signed, at best this is a proposal that could or might be put forward in some form, some time or another......maybe!

this comment cements the issue of a hard border,

why should you enjoy tax breaks and brits not, then you to walk freely into the uk,

you will be an immigrant to the uk, and should be stopped ,

david cameron didnt realise what he was getting into when he called a referendum

he has opened a can of worms , this issue may halt brexit ,

not getting into political debate, this just highlights the problems

of brexit , freedom of movement and customs union

this is not a personal attack , but you know what i mean ,

i kick with the same foot as you

Rather than racism I blame the arrogance of UK politicians in thinking that they could do a better job of governing than any “Johnny Foreigner”. To get that power, too many were prepared to lie wildly, knowing that a lot of the electorate were too naive to see through it all.

It was a cowardly decision by Cameron to agree to a referendum, and a very badly set up one, with no parameters of how many had to vote for it to count, and what would be a decisive margin. It opened the doors for every loony to stir up trouble.
