To any brits coming back to U.K. remember health locator form also needs to be compIeted. I work at a U.K. airport and many brits seem to act completely shocked that they have to compete the form!!! Remember I complete in advance and have access to it in phone 

Hi, tried to complete the form yesterday, but as were arriving by ferry couldn't go no further when we got to flight details, there doesnt seem to be any facilitie online if you're arriving by sea, surely they cant of overlooked this.

Yes you can, if you don't and stay somewhere else that's when they can fine you.
