I'm on Condado, and although not living there, haven't experienced any bickering.

Probably have to wait until you live there.
There is now way they are exempt, heaven is not on earth.

Well, I'm very happy to have our place in the sun there. My glass is full, unless I experience anything negative, it will stay that way. Everyone we have come across has been very helpful and friendly.

Then you have agents having a dig at each other, as one was charging 3% buyers fees. People up in arms ,checking there bill. Then on the owners site , ppl were removed for questioning those fees . Legal action being threatened .
Because there is fees . It creates lots of bickering about security etc etc

One person mentioned lots of flies. No flies on condado.. was replies , and there sitting in uk 🤣🤣

Actually, I am on about 5 different Condado groups, and of what you mentioned, I had heard only 1 thing remotely close, which was some people thought that those who rented their property out should pay a higher fee. Also, we are in the process of having cctv installed in all gardens, which are kept immaculate by the way. These things obviously go on in all walks of life as there will always be those looking for an argument/debate call it what you will. I wouldn't choose to surround myself with those types.

It is the same on Camposol, only when you get on the different forums do you see any discord. All communities have their difference of opinions and behaviour.
Looking forward too getting back and that lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Same as Camposol, a great place to live, great community, some knock us, but cannot beat us.
