Here is a message I put on the “Camposol 2025” Facebook page about the changes coming to Camposol. All files in the languages mentioned can be found there.

“Change is coming to Camposol - over the recent weeks you hopefully will have seen some details of the plans by the Town Hall to take over as the developer of Camposol as well as their twelve year plan to complete the urbanisation. Part of this involves sending letter to each property detailing the plans and requesting a response. There will be a 30 day consultation period, when you will have to opportunity to make comments on these plans. In order to try and allow people some advance notice, we have produced versions of the documents relating to the decisions made by the Town Hall in English, French, German and Dutch, as well as the original documents in Spanish. The plans are different for Sector A and Sectors BCDF. The files are clearly labelled in the file name as to which sector they refer.  They are very detailed with a lot of legalese, however, at the moment they are the only available documents. At least they will give you the chance to see what is happening, the decisions that have been made and the basis for those decisions. The documents are available for you to view and download in the Files tab at the top of the Camposol 2025 Facebook page Each file is prefaced with the language of the document, so for example all the documents in French are prefixed with that word.  We do not yet know when the consultation period will commence and once we find out we will let everyone know. If by chance, you receive a letter from the town hall on this subject, please feel free to post the information here. Finally, please feel free to share this post and information with your friends and neighbours who may not otherwise see it. Apologies that there are multiple posts in different languages. it is the only way i can add them to the Files tab. Hopefully the documents will be helpful.”

@LeginSenoj

Thank you for posting that information on the Facebook page.

Thanks Nigel,

great work and support, this can only be positive, just read the document in full and whilst there are still caveats the overall commitments from the Council are also very positive

Hi there,

The Correos keep all mail addressed to your house for 14 days. Some official letters require a signature. We don’t yet know when the letters will be sent. We will post in the Camposol 2025 Facebook page, when we find out. If you know people who live here, they would be able to collect your mail, with a letter from you (in Spanish) authorising them to collect for you. The authority should include the address, together with your and their NIE numbers and if you can, a copy of your NIE.

Hope that helps

I don't live in camposol and at the moment we are buying in Los Alcazares but this is great news for everyone who has been affected by years of neglect and stress that these innocent people have been put through.  Good luck to you all.
