Not all roads are private. I have a list from the council with which are private and which are not.

Hi, is the list easy to get a copy of ? Might be handy when we have a look around.

The people on Camposol .. including the C.R .A are delusional if they think the Mazarron council is going to foot the bill for the repairs to the roads / pavement's / street lights and so on ... Camposol was built by a private company (Massa ) that went bankrupt... owing more than 16 million euros .. Mazarron council has no legal obligation to Complete a failed project started by private enterprise ...this sort of thing happens all the time in Spain and back in the UK....so let's get on with it.. and pay the €250 so we can have some closure / quality of life.

The urbanisation upkeep ???? They should first make everything work properly !!!

What about people who live here for over 10 years and are not Residents ?

Exactly. I know lots of people that don’t even pay their IBI so good luck getting €250 pa for upkeep out of them
