I would agree with most of that but add with the property on C and D you get far more property and land for your money and it's less cramped. Also some people prefer to stay away from the busy bars and shops in A and B and love the countryside walks etc.. The main route in is susceptible to floods, but only once or twice a year and it's resolved quickly if it is cut off. So that's the other side of the argument.

Hi Andy

just look out for cracks in the structure and uneven roads/pavements to start as all sectors have their great areas and C+D tend to have the more bang for your buck etc

once you have done that ensure you get a survey as not a lot of money to protect yourself

hope this helps

Hi Tiberius

Thank you for your response and I will be over during the summer months for a couple of weeks to have a good look around all the sectors and as you say take each house on it’s merits. Also to check out if the summer months are bearable heat wise.

When I was there last year with Mercers viewing a couple of properties Cristina did show me the area effected and to be honest didn’t appear outwardly too severe.

Cheers

Hello I bought through Sam at Mercers, couldn’t have been more helpful and genuine. I moved in March and it’s the best move ever, I am on D27 yes the road is a bit rough but I believe someone posted so are many in the uk so unless you are an Egg Delivery Person then it’s something we have to deal with collectively.

No one is asking you too live here and to be fair no one would want you to live here, try being on a forum closer and more reflective of where you live rather than trolling a place that you don’t live on, it was you who mentioned 2007 and the last time you looked!!!

Really professional of you to be so eloquent but as you don’t live here you are not qualified to comment, jog on little troll enjoy your place away from Camposol and if you hate it so much why socialise there, no need to answer as you will probably demean yourself with having to respond to us from the dump

Very professional to start personal insults on a forum just shows the level of intelligence that you possess that you cannot have dialogue with someone whom disagrees with you plus I find it very insulting that you are calling my home a dump I have not referred to your home in any way and I am sure you will feel that your home is the presidential palace also, jog on little keyboard warrior and crawl back under the stone you popped out of! Your advice whilst very pertinent to you is actually quite irrelevant to most people with more than a shared brain cell
