Flooding in camposol - Page 3

Mr .Edd please go away Camposol is of no consern of yours as you do not live on the site .. you should only be conserned about your own location...my understanding is that you did live on Camposol many many years back ...so please leave us alone as looking at your passed posts you don't have a good word to say about the place ... presumably the reason behind you moving from Camposol... good day to you enjoy you retirement...and your UK government pension.

Murcia seems to have got off very lightly compared with Alicante, which seems to have borne the brunt if the storm. The ramblas held up remarkably well and got water away into the sea. Some mud on roads, which has mostly dried, soon to be dust, unless more damp weather and then it will return to gloopy mud.

I totally agree, - no nastiness please! We're all adults here  -  If not, grow up before posting . Those two are always having a go aren't they ? mainly at each other but it's not appropriate.

I have never classed my posts as aggressive, I have and do always try to help others. I will however respond to personal attacks.

You've got to love a good forum. Always guaranteed to get a few good rants going, no matter how serious, or not so, the topic may be. It seems to me that forum users are just like neighbours, some you will hit it off with and be lifelong friends. Others will just rub you up the wrong way just because they breath. The rest you just nod at in passing and perhaps talk about the weather. Just my passing thoughts, not directed at anybody. Stay safe and enjoy your Spanish life.

I was in Fuengerola when the storms hit Murcia.  There were no floods down there

what a load of boxxocks this thread is.the question was straight forward.

Frequent Flyer, you actually stated the flooding was in Costa Del Sol ! Lets forget about the tunnel flooded on the AP7 at Pilar de le Horadada, the devastation in Orihuela City, Almoradi, Algorfa , La Marina,San Fulgencio and Dolores, of which some are still in 3 ft of water and closed off ! Havent seen anywhere 25ft under water !!!!!! By the way, they are in Costa Blanca......Murcia was hit in Los Alcazares,(4ft water), Murcia city and other towns........

The 25ft deep of flood water was in a garage under a block of flats ..from what I read ..Costa Blanca/ Costa del sol seem to have the worst of the Gota Fria...San Javier was hit quite bad... Camposol /Mazarron had nothing more than heavy rain this time .this time round.
