What a blooming cheek Spandablydolly - coming to Camposol's fantastic fiesta and having a boogie - I am surprised you can live with yourself for doing so what with the stinking self-opinionated negative things you have to say about Camposol. I agree with FF rock on and leave the good folk of Camp...

...osol alone.  As for the person who mentioned Camposol is like Milton Keynes - I don't think so sunshine.

Don’t worry Karenpee !

I had a life jacket, hard hat, head torch all with me so I could deal with floods subsidence and no street lighting.

Now we have people on sector D  with all there paperwork. No one questions that ....

And how can people not have an opinion if they don’t live there ??

So you can have no opinion on British politics as you don’t live in Uk?

No opinion  on world war 1 or 2 because you didn’t live through it ?

Etc.. etc....

Opinions like ff and karenp are just like arse holes everyone has one

Except in campARSEsol there are more !

Milton Keynes.......... more like a favela in Brazil ........

I will not enter the current slanging match because it does no-one any credit and a great deal of harm to Camposol. We are considering buying on Camposol. We have visted and taken a great deal of advice, so let me just give our considered personal conclusions;

1) Camposol is a largely British enclave, described as Milton Keynes in the sun....

...

2) If that is what you like, then enjoy it, because there are a lot of good things about it.

3) If you want genuine " la Espana vieja"....it is not for you.

4) The properties are excellent and very attractive, but low on insulation.

5) Only Sector A has been adopted by Mazzaron, all others are unadopted.

6) Properties on B, C and D do not have permission for habitation, therefore are technically illegal, but Campasol is not alone in this respect.

7) Flooding will always occur, as in most of Spain. You just have to ensure your property is not in a vulnerable position.

8) Subsidence will occur where there is flooding coupled with poor drainage and insufficient foundations. Sectors C and D are the most prone.

9) The voluntary organisations on Camposol are doing a brilliant job in covering for insufficiencies of local government service.

10) The facilities for entertainment and shopping on Camposol are very good.

11) Facit: You pays your money and you takes your choice: Camposol has a great deal to offer!

Now apparently you are wrong.

People on D and C claim to have all there paperwork .....

you can’t question that !!!!

Because they say it’s true .......🙄

Well said.

If people do not live on Camposol., they have no right of opinion.

Just look at the FANTASTIC CAMPOSOL FIESTA, three days of brilliant entertainment, a lot of hard work put in, and the results BRILLIANT.

Every one enjoyed themselves, visitors commented on how great CAMPOSOL was, and what a lovely time they were having.

Free of charge for every one.

It was packed out, and people danced and sang the night away.

A example to all the world how great we are.

So, support us, we are good, and the community is great.

Why? I have probably been associated with Camposol longer than you. First came 2002/3 when Sector A was being built, what is now a motorway was an ordinary road, Sector B had a supermarket and large DIY store. I think after 15+ years I have right to an opinion it is comers in which need to get facts right.

There has only been one time when Camposol suffered from flooding and this was on D sector. Believe it was a freak event which happens all over- see videos of flooding in Madrid this week.

We had a burst water main here on d23 a couple of weeks ago.The road soon flooded. What bothers me is that the water just was like a mill pond.I could not see any drainage structure in the riverside or anywhere in the road.Wether I just don't understand the civil drainage system but in the uk drainage is one of the first service to be laid either responsibility of local authorities or the development contractors. I don't know anything about the camposol development.
