We had a burst water main here on d23 a couple of weeks ago.The road soon flooded. What bothers me is that the water just was like a mill pond.I could not see any drainage structure in the roadside or anywhere in the road.Wether I just don't understand the civil drainage system but in the uk drainage is one of the first service to be laid either responsibility of local authorities or the development contractors. I don't know anything about the camposol development.
We looked for a property on top of a downhill road, so even with heavy rains, the water runs down the hill, never touches our house or pool.
I agree with FF......let people visit, research online and make up their own mind... and perhaps you should really leave this forum.....
Hi Bill,
We have a property on B, and purchased about one year ago.
All documentation was checked, and issued, to include a Habitation Cert, and a Fin Deobra, I think thats how you spell it?
No property, according to legal sources can be purchased without the right documentation now.
Property without the right legal documentation cannot be sold now either.
If some one wishes to purchase and the documentation is not correct, or in place, the legal team being used will point this out, as they are liable if they do not do so.

Hi Sdb 137Here is an answer from the Camposol Residents Association as of yesterday; It is a very complex subject (Habitataion Certificates) and reliable legal advice should be taken in any event, - apart from around 400 properties on A Sector the only Habitation Certs on Camposol will be available to some (not all) non Justo y Manoli (MASA) built properties ie on poligonos C6, C10 part of C5, D10 and D25.
Also if the purchaser is looking at a Touristico property we understand poligonos RE3,B8, C2, C14, C15, C16, D23, D24, D32 and D35 Hab Certs will not apply, only a Licence of First/Second Occupation are required which again have yet to be issued.
regards CRA Team

Everywhere in Spain is at risk of flooding ..just in case you haven't noticed the Spanish don't install road drains according to the Spanish they are not necessary as the rain in Spain falls mainly on the planes ( you don't say) ..I have been in Spain for 12 year's and all you hear about is flooding issues all over the country ...so it would not be fair if Camposol didn't suffer from flooding ... according to myself that has been on Camposol for 12 years we have had only one major flood in Mazarron and district ...this flooding was put down to the incompetence of the Spanish authority in charge of the Dam that was over flowing ...so the Spanish decided to open the sluice gates causing major flooding and million's of euro's in damage to bridges and road ways and so on ...it has not happen since and might not happen again...so what's to worry about that Spanish don't seem to worry like the others do..they seem to have a good excuse for everything by saying this is Spain.
