You verify the form online, print it out and take it to the Bank. It then gets paid either in cash or debited from your account and the form is printed as paid by the Bank and of course has the official stamp of the Bank. You then keep your copy for your records.
To date I've not had a problem, I hope that helps.

Yes you need to pay the IB even if you don’t live in the property, it is the same in the IK council tax is charged even if the property us empty.
