CFC1905, hopefully they will give an honest answer as at the moment , some ??? Estate Agents, i wont say who !!! , are still telling people lies about the paperwork that us needed for completing a sale!!! For example , you dont need a habitacion certificate, and as we have reputsble solicitors you dont need to worry about that.  Sorry , but Holy Shit, these people are , ???

Apparently Camposol is one of the few places you don't need a Habitation cert...but you do need a Fin De Obra..(Finale Work inspection)  certificate signed by the local council Architect.  to complete the purchase.

Oh you do need one, trouble was a lot were sold with only tourist licences which is why the banks took them back and sold them as people were living illegally. 

I have a so called tourist classified   property ..and so does approximately 25% of the population of Camposol ..that live in the properties full time ...all it says in the Escutura about this is you must make your property available for holiday rental for 2 week's per year ...for the last 12 year's of ownership I have been asking around 5,000 euro's per week and have failed to find a renter so far.
