Not sure why no one believes this property exists.

And it does have the use of a communal pool.

This link is for a completely striped out 2 bed 1 bathroom for €51,900 you are looking at a minimum of €15,000 to put it right ...the op was asking about a 3 bed 2 bathroom villa for €51,900 (no chance).

As I said in my earlier post, 'completely stripped out'

The only one I am aware of for 51,900 on Saladillo Golf

Its a 2 bed, 2 bath

With use of a communal pool

Although I think the property may be mis-described in the link as the design is definitely a 3 bed

It is one the market through Kyero.

It's in a dreadful state no kitchen or bathrooms and in dreadful decor.

Think this a monsora on C

They are definitely on D they are at the top of my road ..and in good condition they normally ask around €80,000 + for them ..you also need to pay a community charge as well as IBI. They also have a small community pool ... personally I think you can get better value for your money if you look around ..the 2 bed terrace villa's opposite me go for around €55,000 in good condition...the 3 bed terrace villa's go for around €75,000 both these villa's are pretty small...but represent good value for money.

Good Morning

I own a property on Saladillo Golf, several doors down from the one for sale, I would guess that one is so cheap because in the time I have owned no one has been there, also looking at the pictures, what there are, the property appears to have been completely stripped out, there should be a compl...

...ete kitchen, full bathroom off the master bedroom and a shower room, as there are no pictures I would guess that these have all been stripped also. Having said that, 51,900 is cheap.

Steveb thanks for that information. I'm not sure why my question produced so many ill informed and negative responses but I suppose you get that on every forum.

We are seriously considering the property on the corner (we aren't just dreamers asking stupid questions!) however I have two questions that you might be able to help with:

We would like to raise the boundary walls and put in a small pool (although we do know there is a communal one despite what has been said by others)

Is there any prohibition on either of these things on Saldido Golf that you are aware of?

Good Morning

Me neither.

No one has raised the walls on any of the properties, and community rules are quite strict about changing the design, colour of property etc, several properties have put mesh along the railing, this works well if you want a little extra privacy, there should be no restriction on building your own pool, other than the council are not issuing any building permits at the moment. Have you seen the communal pool area? it really is very nice, our property backs onto it.

And at 51,900 it is a very good price, even though it will want quite a bit of work., even thought about buying it myself ..

If you require any other information, let me know

Thanks for that.

I noticed that nobody had raised the walls which is why I asked if it was allowed. I am afraid that that might be a deal breaker for my wife, especially being on the outside corner.

I have only seen pictures of the (apparently fictitious) pool area but it looks fantastic.
