I have never heard of any body been attacked or bitten by the snakes.

If you are lucky enough to see one they usually disappear quicky.

Now the other sort of snakes you mention are an entirely different thing !!

I have been asking the same question for a very long time. I hate snakes. They are very very dangerous animals whether venomous or none venomous, they are all the same to me.

I have been told that they are away from human habitat. That's good news as I won't go near them for any reason.

I have lived this long and don't want to kick the bucket soon.  Some would write on my epitaph, "HE WAS A NICE GUY, BUT NOT NICE ENOUGH TO SNAKES" 😂🤣

On monday I did a 4 hours long walk through the campo, didn't see snakes

Zacdog, yes, play some cricket.  Cricket ball is harder and can do some damage. If it misses, it might come back at you like a boomerang and hit you below the belt. Whoosh,  😁😂😎  Keep it coming guys.
