I HAVE BEEN READING INTO EVENTS ON CAMPOSOL OF LATE, AND FIND IT AMAZING ON POSTS ABOUT THEFT AND DESTRUCTION.

D SECTOR MEMORIAL BENCH DESTROYED, C SECTOR PLANTS AND PLANT BOXES STOLEN, B SECTOR NEW PLANTED TREES RIPPED UP AND STOLEN, AGAIN B SECTOR PLANT POTS SMASHED ON A ROCKERY, PLANTS STOLEN NEXT TO THE MEMORIAL BENCH BY CONSUM, ORNIMENTS STOLEN FROM A NEW AREA CREATED ON B SECTOR, PLANTS STOLEN FROM B CAR PARK.

WHAT KIND OF RESIDENTS DO WE HAVE? ARE THEY SICK, OR JUST DOWN RIGHT THIEVES WHO WRECK EVERYTHING THOSE GREAT GARDEN PARTIES DO FOR THE AREA.

DOES NO ONE GET CAUGHT? DOES NO ONE SEE ANYTHING?

MY GOD WHAT A SICK AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WE HAVE AROUND HERE,.

Please remember that Camposol is like a small town and as such will have “the good, the bad and the ugly”. Sadly these events occur, just as in any small town, however they are few and far between and often occur when there are holiday periods, such as we have just seen during the Easter holidays. Whereas this type of event may occur anywhere, they are reported on Facebook pretty much every time, often on many different sites, possibly giving the impression there are more of this type of event happening. Set against that is all the work carried out by the gardening and other volunteer groups that do their best to keep things looking good here.

Good luck😇

I definitely think it's outsiders with transport stealing these public things because they don't understand the concept of making your own area nice for everyone to live in.  I once witnessed (from too far away) a large van and 2 big men stealing decorative containers from the Memorial Park on Sector A when I was dog walking. Some people, unfortunately, think themselves so entitled  that they take anything they desire. I pray they will be paid back without coin.

Camposol has a lot of foreigners so a lot of money which attracts the scum of society. I would guess it needs some security cameras.

The biggest difference between Camposol and other places: these things happen everywhere (especially in regions where there is alot of poverty) only on Camposol people tend to be very vocal about everything that happens. I do not know any urbanisation in Spain that has so many Facebook groups and pages as Camposol where people report every large or small thing happening in the area or life in general.  Look around in Spain and you see rubbish everywhere, vandalism like graffiti and petty theft is very common. We might not like it but it is reality.

Probably because no one seems to care.
