see lots of homes for sale which is good, as out next year to look for a property,but yet another spanner in the works as i see there are 12 sections which are only classed as turistico propertys , also section d which i understand still do not have deeds to property. is there any were i can get information as to which plots/area has deeds/habitation full time licences , many thanks for any info
Not sure where your getting your info but we are on D and we have the deeds to our house.

i am on D15 and i have my paperwork so do lots more people on here, i think some thing like 250 are affected ?
info from murcia today ,dated 24/11/17 which had plots listed as tourist property as far as the town hall was concerned

I totally disagree with your comment and so would the elderly couple that are in the process of their house being repossessed by the bank.
There are a lot more things going on with their house and a few others, that you don't know, so don't have a go at me, just because I have made sure that what, where and how I purchased my house, was checked and checked again at every stage, unlike some dodgy representation, that affected those other poor people and their properties!!!
Would you buy a house, which you knew, had zero title deeds to go with it???
When you can answer that, then maybe, you can help resolve their demise!!!

Read murcia today 24th november very long article about it. There is a numbet at the end for Mercedes who knows all about it. The houses to be sold probably next week are those still in Masas name most are empty. However there are many bargains on Camposol anyway. Agents will explain about escituras etc. You wont regret coming. You have to pay cash for auctioned houses. Good luck Touristico houses are not a problem if the house is in your name. COST CALIDA on A Sector next to Allens Supermarket will advise you for free.
