I was told they were on Preguntas y mas murcia site that people used to sell things, ads info of all kinds on  camposol but their not on. The auction has been delayed. I would call Mercedes on Monday because they will let her know she speaks perfect english and is very nice. If u find out please let me know.

Thanks

Anne

What is the word in Spanish?  Does Mercedes have an email address to contact her?  Thanks in advance.

Look for  MERCEDES at VIVA HOUSE, in Puerto de Mazarrón.

info from murcia today ,dated 24/11/17 which had plots listed as tourist property as far as the town hall was concerned

You could be right but they will be the property’s

That are empty

And for deeds that’s the buyers problem the buyer can still

Refuse to buy if deeds are not in place

As estate agents have to tell you if they have no deeds

Same as they do in cypr

Sorry but the amount of mis information that is being put out on this thread needs correcting.

Properties that have been put up for auction are those the administrator believes are JYM assets and there is a mix of reasons for them being available, however there are a number of properties which have people living in them and who have been in dispute with JYM and taken them to court or have sat on the problem and done nothing about it. There are those that have been to court and have been sadly let down by either their legal advisors and/or the legal system to the extent that they may have been awarded compensation which they have never received and they either did or did not sign for the deeds for the property dependent on what they were advised by their legal representatives.

So for some residents who never received their compensation they may well have had court costs running into thousands and I mean thousands, we have seen evidence of bills as high as €40000. So besides now losing their homes costing anything up to €120000 plus court costs they are likely to become homeless and/or need to bear the costs of finding somewhere else to live and the stress that goes with that. And remember the majority of these people are elderly Brits who retired to Sunny Spain for a cheaper and healthier life style.

I bought off plan too and I am involved in a different fraud case related to properties built on the Rambla.

Camposol could be a jewel in Murcias Crown but until all the problems are ironed out that were caused by a greedy builder and lack of supervision there will be those of us who will have to fight for our dream.

There are many lovely properties on Camposol and nice areas but it all needs sorting and some justice needs to be brought to bear on those that think they have got away with fraud.

Its not all doom and gloom.

I personally love Camposol and my home but need for the cloud to be lifted after all Spain is supposed to be almost all year round sunshine.
