Never hear a siren here. Wake up to bird song. Very little traffic noise & only hear the angle grinder if someone is having work done on their house. At least you don’t hear folk endlessly mowing their lawns all summer & the dreaded strimmer!

Hardly anyone has lawns! It’s all tiled terraces grass would be too high maintenance in the hot sun & no rain.
The odd dog barking but mainly birdsong
