Advice for someone setting up a bungalow as a holiday let (then later to retire to)
I am flying across next week (5th to 13th September) to complete the purchase, collect the keys and prepare a bungalow as a holiday let, and would welcome some advice ....
1) Can anyone recommend a local letting / cleaning agent, who will get an inventory signed off and electricity meter reading on key handover to the guests, then check the inventory plus electricity meter reading and clean the bungalow after the guests have left, prior to use refunding the balance of the security deposit ?
2) Can anyone recommend a fast, stable broadband internet connection in sector D32 (suitable for viewing Netflix, etc.) ? I only know of compusurf pay as you go & telecable, but I don't know if they cover this area.
3) Can recommend a solicitor to submit the quarterly
tax returns from the rental property, or do you submit the returns yourselves ?
