It was only a one off auction... And it took place 3 months back when Massa the builders went bust.no other auction's are planned for the immediate future...these auction's are not for the man off the street ...as the majority of the properties on offer had problem's .

Apparently there is one at the moment where some person needs €30,000 to buy there property back am not sure how they got into this situation you have a Notery that supposed to sort any problems out before you sign anything very strange situation indeed

They did not pay the final installment for the Escutura ...so the liquidation company is selling it as a Massa company asset ...these people like many other's had been warned by the CRA this would happen 2 years back...I don't know how they managed to get hold of the Key's and move in ...without paying in full for the property... Very strange of any company to allow this especially in Spain...I have had a villa on Camposol for 11 years and have asked the this question many time's ...and the only answer I got back is that they should not be in the property without paying in full.
