Hi thanks for reply. I wNt my spiral staircase replaced can I ask what the cost was ??  And the name of the builder as i want alot of work doing.

Can give you a reputable contact as been here for many years.  However please bear in mind that whatever additions you make to your villa, you would never recoup the cost paid out as a lot of people have found out if you sold. A Rebecca villa has a guideline selling price whatever its spec. Helpful when buying too.
