Hi,

Being one of those people who are about as lucky as winning a chocolate fireguard I seek guidance.

Are there areas on Camposol which still suffer, are there sectors to avoid when buying.

Sadly no where is perfect but I’d like to try and get the odds on my side

Thanks in anti

The main areas to avoid are C15 & C16. The houses were built on made up land. They put lorry loads of soil down and a few days later started building and of course the soil was loose and the houses just sank into it. The rest of C sector which is some distance from there is fine. I have lived on lower C for 15 years and no problems. As for the rest of Camposol there are less problems than most UK housing developments.

The only real option is a Rosa. There are quite a few on the market for just over €100,000. You could make an offer and probably get one cheaper but don't forget you have to pay 10% IVA (VAT). Mercers have one at $99,000 that has been on the market for a long time, you might get that for 90,000. failing that there are some semi detached Neptunos going for a little over €105,000. Look also at some of the other agents, they all have deals from time to time.
