Hiya I’m looking at buying a villa in camposol but heard some bad things about deed ownership & build quality especially in zones c & d so desperate for this to be untrue could anyone please advise me cause love the place many thanks ian
We have been here on D for 18 months now. No build quality issues with our Rosa any any other houses around us. There are a small number of houses built on one area of unconsolidated ground on C sector that have erious problems. They should be easy to spot and will say they are only a very small % in all.

Get a survey done. We did on our property on D and there were no issues. We of course have no street lights but that's another issue. Get a good lawyer to check out the paperwork on any property.
