Hello, looking for guidance on selling our property on D. We only bought it 18 months ago, really love the place but costs back in uk and failure to sell a second house which we had originally rented, means something has to give. We just want to recover our original costs, or as close to. I’m not against using an agent, but want to try privately first, given we will sell at cost. Any ideas on signage, marketing etc. Much obliged.

Hi Paul, why sell at cost when you most likely bought at the bottom, I would speak with an agent such as Dawn at 2let2sell2buy for an honest appraisal

There are lots of private sales on Facebook. Thats where I found ours that is also on D. We viewed and went ahead with the purchase. No estate agent involved.
