Interested to purchase on  upper Sector C, which is affordable in my budget,I have recently been to the area and have seen the streets where obvious subsidence has been an issue,

I would like to know, is there much movement still, have the grounds/roads settled, seen videos from 10 years 5 years ago, but unsure of any recent subsiding continuing to present ? Would like some honest advice to any movement within last couple years too present. Looking at C14 C15.

If its any help ........I live on c14 and there are no problems here with subsidence, there are some at the rear of my street but it seems that some builders are snapping them up and putting right their problems before sale............my  advise: get a survey done before purchase.

Yes agree,

Builders may buy up the villas with subsidance, but they cannot do any thing with them, as it is the ground that is the problem, they were built on unstable ground, earth moved to the location, then not allowed to settle for the required  10 years.

A builder may level the ground, re build the villa, then run when it is sold, as the ground will just move again.

Think very carefully.
