Semi detached noise??
Could any people living in the semi detached properties tell me if you get a lot of noise coming through the walls from neighbours because of the different type of build?

Most definitely, walls are thinner and a lot less insulated than in the UK. We have Spanish neighbours who like to move furniture around upstairs at 3 a.m. !!!!!
I did find this helpful and also realised that he lives elsewhere thank you, the build type in spain tends to be ceramic type blocks, which do conduct sound more than solid. I know anywhere can be noisy if your unlucky with your neighbours 😊😊

I was trying to convince my husband (who is a builder/carpenter) that maybe we could choose a semi. He has already explained the difference in building techniques in spain 😂😂 so I was not successful 😜

We have a semi-detached Rebecca on Camposol (C2)
Noise from our attached neighbour has never been a problem.
It depends on the villa style.

Yes
Our neighbours rooms adjacent to our walls are bedrooms.
Fairly quiet. :)
