Are there people who rent their houses for short or longer stay?

Yes there are people that do this, but they need a special license to do that.
I personally wouldn’t, as I’ve known some properties get wrecked by Air B&B clients etc….. plus you have to pay tax on the rates you charge, so not worth it - This is only my personal opinion though…….But yes, people do rent long and short term on Camposol.
