Health Insurance

Hi
This is my first post here.
I'm already an expat living in Belgium, now I'm looking for my final move to chill in Camposol.
Regarding health insurance. In Belgium I pay a quarterly fee, through the organisation known here as CM and have done for 15 years.
I'm told that I can get a S1 form from the CM present this in Spain and it should solve my health insurance issue.
Anyone know if that is right?
