Guys, we are in the process of buying came across 3 weeks ago and set ball in motion. We aim to complete 1st October and are out for our 1st holiday 2nd November 2018. Can't move in full time due to work commitments (too young to retire) but at least we have a foot in the door.

What sector are you buying in?

Hi Gary,
We are buying on Sector D, as a holiday home initially.
Get out there and look is the main one, we were lucky as we were pretty sold on the villa before seeing it. You know kept on coming back to it when looking at various options all over South East Spain.
Get a good Solicitor so far its been a breeze with them doing all the work, we complete on Monday so far so good.
Take passport everywhere when doing anything official it seem to be the only form of ID excepted.
Allow 13% for buying costs its an expensive process in Spain.
That's about it really.
