Hi, Check out Mar Menor very carefully, they had serious problems in the last bad weather, and beaches were contaminated, lots of damage also, CAMPOSOL had no problems.

Our friends at Mar Menor have still not recovered from the problems, and are trying to sell to move to CAMPOSOL, as they wish they had not bought there.

Can only tell you what I know as facts.

CAMPOSOL has a fantastic community, and that has been proved in this serious time, every one looks out for each other, people shop for the elderly, and even make food for them, this takes some beating, as you never know when you may need help.

We have all the facilities that are needed, and beaches only minutes away.

Entertainment is fantastic, and people come from many other area,s to enjoy it.

On site Gym, Bank, Petrol Station, Health care center, many shops, CONSUM,countless clubs to join, and on it goes.

Would strongly suggest you visit, rent, and see all.

CAMPOSOL has had its critics in the past, no longer deserved, and no longer the truth.

Thabkyou very much , it’s very kind of you to reply . I have since been looking at Camposol . The property seems very reasonabley priced ! Did they have issues with substance at one point I believe ?

Thankyou for taking the time to reply . It’s a tricky one this house hunting !  The reason I’m drawn to a golf complex as it has a pool , entertainment , shops and bars around it . And is pretty safe as well . But obviously that reflects in the price of the properties !

I’ll probably rent somewhere for 6 months and look around all Te areas that have been  suggested to me 👍🏻
