I AM PLANNING ON MOVING TO CAMPASOL IN 2019, I WOULD LIKE TO BUY A 2 BED PROPERTY TO LIVE IN, ALSO

A SECOND SIMILAR PROPERTY TO RENT OUT. COULD ANYONE INFORM ME IF THERE IS A GOOD DEMAND FOR 2 BED RENTALS ON AN ALL YEAR ROUND BASIS, AND WHAT THE AVERAGE MONTHLY INCOME WOULD BE. I WOULD LIKE TO GENERATE AN INCOME FROM THE SECOND PROPERTY. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED, THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

i think ppl look for a villa with  pool to rent, high season ,  always some one enquiring for that ,

agents will say yes to get 2 sales, avg seems to be 450e mnth  long term, 

check anotherworld rentals , go on fb, for advice, more replies, this place is dead ,

if you need to come down for a short period to look around we have a lovely self-catering apartment below our villa with twin beds a/c, fully equiped kitchen,shower room with washing machine,TV with all english channels and free Wi-Fi csn do at cheap rates.Also use of swimming pool
