Not quite  true. They do pay for your accom, the hotel in  the port, richard does the airport transers for reduced fee , compared  to sparkle fees ,  then they pick you up at hotel. I never said they pay for flights, but will re imburse you if you buy through them. As very unl...

Remember other agents sell the same property so its in there interests ,you buy from them .

Agree mick is  brand new,

Villa looks great, what sector are you on .

We must have got lucky. Came for one afternoon, looked at just three houses with Dawn of Mercers, saw the potential in 3rd. 3 weeks later we owned it! It’s on sector lower C.
Love it there. Great neighbours. We’re away from summer holiday traffic & music bars at main shops. Really peaceful and just a 5 mins stroll across to golf club bar & restaurant. Plenty of mountain views, gentle walks and bike ride paths out onto the natural campo countryside.  And lots of amazing community activities all year round, baring Covid!

Can’t wait to get back.

Good for you, yes we bought when Dawn showed us around, best decision ever.

Good investment also.

UK will sadly suffer when everything starts to rise in price to pay for what has happened, the working family will get badly clobbered, as per many other countries, but Spain is not that rich, people do not earn a lot of money, so there is a limit to what they can increase.

This I have read is now leading people in other countries to say, lets retire early, sell up and go enjoy life in the sun, the write up said people have over this crisis, realised life is really short, so lets live it. ( as per our new neighbours )

This will lead to many coming out to Spain to retire early, and work means nothing any more., so properties will retain there value out here, and it went on to say get ready for buyers in the sun.

It mentioned families who have lost there jobs, selling properties at a lower price, but having a nice nest egg to buy in Spain, cashing in insurances, and taking pensions early.

Life will alter completely, and people will want the sun, and live out there lives with minimum worry.

Good luck to them, at last people realise life is for living, just sad what has triggered it all of.

Hi everyone and thanks for reading my post.

The wife and I are thinking of buying in camposol but have seen some really negative comments.

We would really like some current reviews on the properties in camposol and what it's like to live and holiday there.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi,

You will always find negative views where ever you go.

IGNORE THEM FOR CAMPOSOL. if its the people living here, then why are they here? and if its people not living here, how do they know?

This is a great community, and proved a thousand times over with the out break of the Virus ( which no one had on Camposol )

The young looking after the elderly, shopping for them, ( no problem with food, no panic buying )

A community who look out for each other, very rare these days, always some one to call on if you need help, medical attention just minutes from your call ( known as FAST ) all supported by the community, and arrive before the ambulance to give medical attention, fantastic.

Medical center on site, bank, petrol station, shops, bars, post office, money exchange, Spanish speaking people, and on and on.

A great place to live, come and rent first, check it all out, then decide.

As you get older you may need help, and Camposol gives it, everything you need is here, properties, take your choice, but visit as many as you can.

Bad reviews are in my mind RUBBISH, just look at the Mar Menor, and the serious problems they had, and are still having, our friends who moved there are selling asap, and coming to live on Camposol, where they now wish they had done in the first place.

Never listen to loose talk, come and see for yourself, then decide, buy be quick, no one gets any younger, and tomorrow never comes.

Good luck.

We moved here almost 2 yrs ago. Arrived on 1st July 2018 and have not regretted it for one moment.

We bought on Camposol sector C2. We have great neighbours and the Camposol Community is like NOTHING you will find in the UK.

Come over, rent for  a while. Explore the community. Then join us permanently.

I wouldn't want to predict how house prices are likely to go here, but I rather suspect that there will be an increased demand as people try to escape the UK.

Best answer yet.

You are BANG ON, great place, great people, and prices will not fall, as many, many people will come and retire early, and you will NEVER get a better place.

The more support and residents that are here, the better it will get.

Those that wish to put us down, well why are they here then? and if not here, how do they know.how can they say?

Camposol will be a very soon future for many people who have decide to retire early after realising life is now short.

AND WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO RETIRE.
