I don't have a mortgage...and I am not interested in how much you pay in mortgage payments...all I am asking is how much are you paying in community fee's...I have already told you that we only pay IBI....and we don't pay community fee's.

We don't have a mortgage either so nothing to tell. Just in case you haven't got the message yet, I'm not interested in saying what we pay in community fees.

Community fees and a mortgage are not a comparison.
The average fees ( not your specific fees) are easy to obtain and that is all you needed to divulge.
A personal motgage is a tad more private.

On the other hand, I don't blame you for not answering frequent flyer.
He refused to answer my questions in a previous thread but expected every one else to give full details to his questions.
A touch of hypocrisy.

I don't ordinarily mind discussing my monthly outgoings, but frequent flyer got my back up over his persistence to know what we pay in communal fees. And the fact he said no doubt its into the thousands per year did make me smile. I just think that if someone doesn't want to divulge how much they spend on something, just respect it.

CDA. community fee's are approximately 1,400 euros per year ...your 23 swimming pools and the one golf course that they did manage to Finnish comes at a very high price.
