CDA has always been referred to as the sugar cubes ....they really are quite ugly to look at..a bit like a knocked up in a hurry army base.

5 minute's from Camposol up the RM3 motorway towards Alhama De Murcia.

Just for anyone that is genuinely interested. The community fees do vary at CDA, even on identical properties. But on average are around 90 euros per month.

90 euros is not cheap, but if you have a private pool it also costs you 60 euros per month and in Condado the upkeep of the gardens is included I suppose.

Those CDA look alike. Yes indeed if you are sky high, you will be seeing double. They are similar to the honeycomb, except that it's for people.
