Mark on +34 617 142 987

Our neighbours recommended them and they are coming tomorrow to clean all windows, inside and out.for what we think is a reasonable price

upper c Hi I’m looking to buy in camposol have done quite abit of searching , sector d . Lots of places were built above the old river bed . Which was filled in and had large concreat  pipes run under it.  But when they had the freak storm in 2014 the pipes couldn’t cope and it flooded through sector d causing loads of damage.  All estate agents have the map showing flood areas . But you have to ask. The council and gov are looking at trying to solve the problem the builders left , there looking at digging up from d6 d9 d15 d20 to run new pipes to the local rambler. But nothing sorted yet as would cause less disruption. So if there’s another big storm could happen again. Plus the area they built on (river bed) is classed as public land . So the council could knock your house down to work on running new pipework , if run on route of old rambler . And you would get no compensation. Upper c has subsidence problems . Do go online and look at the videos . Camposol is a nice friendly community. Do your research... I’m getting one on b sector at the lower part

I am coming over to view some properties in April, it’s the usual questions having read the horror story’s, I have noticed people quoting 4 sectors, do I assume that A is the oldest and D the newest, if this is the case one would assume that any earlier problems (subsidence and flooding) shou...

...ld now not be an issue assuming lessons were learnt and that D would be without any issues and one could buy with confidence ? If this is not the case then where would you people recommend the best and most trouble free areas, I do realise that you only hea the bad things, but when you are spending everything you have for a new life, it has to be right

Any feedback will be appreciated

Cheers steve

We have lived here for 18 months. We are on Upper C and it’s lovely and quiet!

Logic says A to D is correct to determine the age of the sectors and for me you can see the properties on A look older

That being said, everyone has their own individual requirements. We have a property on D which is the largest of them all. We found most damage from subsidence or flooding were on C so deliberately avoided that. There is some damage on D but not so much when you consider it is the largest sector

We are on a quiet residential street with many permanent residents which is good for security. You will need a car to live on D but we think it is an ideal location to buy a property

Well even during the last Goya fria we had no problems at all and THAT was a storm!  So I wouldn’t necessarily agree! Hey ho, each to their own eh?!

Whilst I did say that we found most issues were on C, maybe i should have mentioned that there are many areas of C that wee quiet and normal

And totally agree about the gota fria last year, it was ferocious, but no problems to speak of

Just do the research and choose wisely
